Collecting: Data from production, inventory, and customers will be gathered via IoT, sensors, and ERP = Enterprise Resource Planning /CRM = Customer Relationship Management systems into a CDP​ = Customer Data Platform​

Storing: Data will be stored in cloud storage and time-series databases for real-time data, along with traditional databases for transactional info​​

Securing: Encryption, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, and regular backups will ensure data security​​

Challenges: It was hard to find detailed technical information about SABIC’s systems, as most of it was general.​

Learnings: I realized that using AI can help businesses make better decisions and work more efficiently by using real-time data.​

Discoveries: Companies use systems to make their operations smoother and improve overall performance.​
